We currently charge $5.75 per first item, and $0-$10 for each extra item (within the contiguous US), depending on the weight and size.
Items normally ship within 7 business days of purchase, but we make no guarantees. If you require expedited shipping or have a deadline, please email us first to confirm that we are able to meet that delivery date.
RETURNS (This applies to online sales ONLY)
We are happy to accept returns of unwashed, unworn, unused, unaltered or defective garments within 30 days of purchase. We will refund the full cost of the garment/s but unfortunately we cannot refund the original shipping or the cost of return shipping (unless the item is defective or there has been a mistake on our behalf). We cannot accept returns of items that have been hemmed or altered. Email us first if you would like to return anything, or if you have questions.
Some customers have asked us why we do not offer free shipping or free returns like many other online stores; the answer is simple - those other companies offset the cost of those policies by increasing the price of their garments. We prefer to keep the costs of garments low.
We are happy to exchange items for any reason, within 30 days of purchase, but we cannot cover the cost of return shipping, and you will be asked to pay the shipping for the replacement item. Just email us to let us know what you'd like to exchange.
We are currently unable to offer international shipping as an automatic checkout option, but we are working on it! In the meantime, just email us and we'll see if we can work something out for you. We use flat-rate envelopes, so it depends how many items you're ordering
We do basic hem-shortening for free (not available on all items; see individual garment listings), but please email us first to discuss. If you need an item lengthened, please email us first to discuss whether it's possible and how long it will take. We charge upwards of $10 per garment for added length.
